Check out the product pictures for the Sizing Chart and make sure to check out my Sizing Guide for some additional tips on how to chose the right size and ensure the best garment fit for your project.

This sewing pattern was designed as a bodycon garment, meaning that the fit is quite tight. But no worries: thanks to the stretch fabric, it will still be very comfortable to wear. Use your closest Bust, Waist and Hip measurements to determine the base size. If you prefer a slightly less body-hugging fit, you can always size up!

This garment was designed and then graded based on a size C, with a height of 172cm (5’6″) and B/C Cup.

Especially if you’re at the beginning of your sewing journey and/or aren’t confident with knits, this pattern will be a great entry into the world of knits and give you confidence to master more complex projects moving forward.

Suitable Fabrics

This sewing pattern was conceived for stretch fabric with 40-50% stretch and full recovery. Best suited fabric options include: lightweight jersey for the summer (cotton or bamboo), semi-synthetic knits such as Tencel (Lyocell/Modal), and thicker knits for colder months such as ribbed knits, ponte/romanit, or scuba.

You can use this Stretch Percentage Gauge to help determine whether your fabric is right for this project.

My first shot at this ended up too big because I was cautious about it being too slinky . Second try I sized down at it came out perfect . Hubby loves it 😇

Love it!

Love the design dress and get compliments whenever I wear it. Had to make some adjustments around the bust area (small B-cup) but other than that, the fit is on point!
